The Platform
Provenant is a blockchain platform for the origination, storage and transmission of digital original documents. Provenant’s mission is to significantly lower online transaction risk for businesses and consumers, removing the last bastion of paper based documents, the ‘original’ document. Our vision is to replace online trust with truth.
The digital era has allowed simple storing, sharing, and encryption of important documents. However little progress has been made on verifying the origin and history of such documents which makes the other services moot. The current solution is to focus on “in person” or “physical” verification of hard-copy documents which is repetitive, extraordinarily expensive, time-consuming and highly complex at scale. The inability to verify easily the origin and history of documents stored and distributed electronically can create significant risk for business and consumers. Provenant will solve this problem.
Provenance
A record of the origin[ator] and history of each document will be held on a public blockchain. Verifiable at any time by any platform user with access to the document.
Permanency
An autonomous decentralized application, recording encrypted documents, their history and metadata on a public blockchain. Stored permanently in the distributed cloud.
Privacy
Zero Knowledge Encryption, Biometric 2 Factor Authentication and ID verification ensuring document access and transmission is secure and only between known parties.
Production Tools
Provenant will facilitate digital native transactions including document workflows, electronic signatures, forms, and managed sharing.

guarantees.
Our vision is that the Applicant will be able to execute new financial guarantees and request replacements, amendments or cancellation of existing guarantees through the Platform. The platform is the single source of truth for the all of their financial
guarantees.
The Guarantor
The Guarantor can view the financial guarantees they have outstanding and associated summary information (metadata) such as amount, subject, commencement, expiry, applicant, beneficiary, and any pointers to any historical guarantees.
Our vision is that the Guarantor will be able to issue all new financial guarantees and replacements, or manage any requests for amendments or cancellations through the Platform.
The platform is the single source of truth for the all of their financial guarantees.
The Beneficiary
The Beneficiary can view the financial guarantees they have received and associated summary information (metadata) such as amount, subject, commencement, expiry, applicant, guarantor, and any pointers to any historical guarantees.
